Computer Engineer Position

Looking for a computer engineer or similar with expertise in programming (knowledge in image processing and deep learning is a plus) for a medical imaging project called ClinicBrain in the Valencia area (Spain) at MIA Lab.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in the development of research tasks related to the #clinicBrain project.
  • Design, implement and optimize tools for the analysis of magnetic resonance images.
  • Process and analyze data, collaborating closely with other team members.
  • Provide technical support for research lab activities.
  • Contribute to the preparation of scientific publications and presentations at conferences.

Requirements

  • Degree in Computer Engineering, Physics, Mathematics or related areas.
  • Experience in programming with Python and Matlab (Tensorflow and PyTorch is a plus).
  • Knowledge of specific tools and libraries for the visualization and analysis of magnetic resonance images.
  • Upper-intermediate level of English, especially for reading and scientific writing.

We offer a 2-year contract with the possibility of extension.

Biomedical Engineer Position

Looking for a biomedical engineer or similar with expertise in biomedical data analysis and medical image processing for a medical imaging project called ClinicBrain in the Valencia area (Spain) at MIA Lab.

  • Experience in programming with Python, Matlab, or R.
